DateAHotScot.com is one of the smartest things I’ve ever seen. What girl isn’t going to enter that content – and tell her friends? It’s a fabulous example of a viral campaign in its simplest form, in that it’s a campaign which offers enough content to bring value to the entrant.
Also, Tourism Scotland should be commended for that idea. Promote Scotland as a bastion of hot, single men to American women, and watch the hotels fill up. Shoot, I’m ready to break out that UK passport myself! Why didn’t I think of that sooner?
